Cut–up and remix culture has always fascinated me. The act of taking disparate elements and transforming the samples by building layers to create completely new works is an art form. I have embraced this method into my own workflow by curating imagery from the scenes and passing moments that I have captured and combining these with processed sections from found photographs. The end result is equal parts chance and intention.

Drawing inspiration from the photography of Anton Corbijn and Richard Koci Hernandez, the work is presented in black and white, bringing attention to the grain, textures, moods and tones and indeed the timelessness that monochrome work brings with it.
